Merchandise Availability
We try to have all of our merchandise in stock at all times. However, sometimes we have exceptional demand for some items and must reorder. The high quality and exclusivity of some of our items may demand additional time and may lead to a slight delay. Our handmade, special orders can take from two to six weeks delivery. In this case, you will be advised of the expected delivery date.
Shipping and Handling Charges
All shipping is through the United States Postal System and includes postage, insurance, and a minimal handling fee. One Day Express Mail takes two days from here. Priority Mail takes three to five days. If you prefer UPS or Fed-Ex, your order will have to be phoned into our Customer Service Department, toll-free at 800-494-5442. All UPS and Fed-Ex orders will add two to three days to the shipping date.
Items will be shipped within two days of the order unless they are out of stock in which case you will be notified. A 50% deposit will be charged for special orders, the remainder will be charged at time of shipment.
